Kentitrix, Sister!  You have taken me to unfamiliar territory!  This proud walker, or swimmer, is beyond my familiar garden, or even the hedgerows beyond.  But in his glory, he embodies all the greatness of "cat", the creature which has entranced humans since the beginning of time.  Once worshipped, then vilified, and now worshipped again by many, cats are often the top predator in any environment, and where nature is God, who can deny their greatness?  From the swampy depths of the jungle to the frozen heights of the Himalayas, cats large and small demand our obeisance.

Mythseekers, you have reached a dangerous divide, that which separates the living from the dead, the known from the unknown.  And we need an emissary, better still a protector, to take us across.  Throughout mankind's imaginings of what that "divide" may be, a river or a stream has often been their percept, a visual embodiment of that unimaginable gulf.  The "ferryman" has taken many guises.

The Sixth sphere of the arboreal "Tree of Life"  is linked to the sun, and so, in many cultures is the Tiger.
The Tiger commands the solid ground and represents the unyielding, fierce energy of the physical world which we need to traverse the void.  What better protector can we find to facilitate our transformational leap between the sextet of our first steps into the next dimension: the second hexad?
